Terms and Conditions of Sale


We ship all watches by Fedex priority overnight, fully insured. Every shipment will require a signature upon delivery. Our insurance doesn’t allow any changes to the shipment address once the package is shipped (redirect to Fedex location, etc.). Please make sure you will be available to sign for your package, otherwise reach out to us directly to discuss alternate options.


We gladly accept returns for 72 hours if your watch arrives in a condition that is not as we described it. This is the only reason we can accept a return. We are unable to accept a return for any buyer’s remorse reasons – don’t like it, doesn’t fit, etc.

Once we receive the watch back in the same condition we will issue a full refund minus any fees (CC/Affirm processing fees, etc). *Pre-owned watches must be in the exact same condition. Unworn watches must still be 100% unworn/unsized/unaltered.

We stand behind authenticity of all of our watches 100%.

Nashville Watch Warranty Program

Many of our watches are still covered under factory warranty. If there is not factory warranty in place at the time of sale, Nashville Watch will cover the movement function for a period of 6 months. It will cover the cost of repair at a facility approved by Nashville Watch or an agreed amount of reimbursement to the purchaser.

The warranty does not cover: quartz watches, watches that do not keep accurate time, wear and tear, any damage caused by purchaser, or any water damage. Also, any tampering or modification will void the warranty. It does not cover any wholesale/dealer transactions.
